On Friday March 8, 2019, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced a new landing page dedicated to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act which prohibits federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating in employment against individuals with disabilities. The landing page is part of the OFCCP’s ongoing commitment to “strengthening the partnership between the OFCCP and federal contractors.”
