Shortly after the final interpretive standards and voluntary guidelines for compliance with Executive Order 11246 with respect to systemic compensation discrimination were released on June 16, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) interviewed DCI President David Cohen for an HR News feature on the new rules (SHRM membership required to view article). The article was highlighted in SHRM's "HR Week" e-mail and is slated to appear in a future issue of HR Magazine.
