David Cohen, DCI Consulting Group, Inc., will serve on a panel with other well known compensation experts on Friday, August 24, 2007 at the ILG Conference in New York. The panel session is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Other compensation experts on the panel will include William Doyle, Jr., Esq., Morgan Lewis, Alissa Horvitz, Esq., Littler Mendelson, and Jon Geier, Esq., Paul Hastings.

The panel, which will be moderated by The Center for Corporate Equality, will drill down into the tough compensation issues facing federal contractors. These issues include:

    • No lawyer left behind: Involving lawyers in pay equity analyses is the real “privilege.”
What steps should contractors take to protect the confidentiality of their analyses?
    • To regress or not to regress: Only “timing” is the question.
When is the best time to conduct a multiple regression?
    • SSEGs are your friend: How to create, maintain, and help them feel at home.
Is there a best time and method to create SSEGs, and a best place to store them?
    • Effective remediation strategies: If you break it, you own it.
How to determine what and who to pay, and when and how to pay it?

The Center for Corporate Equality, which will moderate this highly interactive panel, welcomes questions from the federal contractor community. If you have a question related to the panel’s discussion topics above, email them to patricia.schaeffer@cceq.org.
