The OMB’s Office of Information Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) decided that the new EEO-1 component 2 report will stay indefinitely. EEOC will be publishing additional guidance in the Federal Register. DCI is closely monitoring and will report out once we have reviewed the document in the Federal Register.
