In an effort to shift to a renewed focus on compliance assistance, OFCCP has scheduled multiple Compliance Assistance Town Hall Meetings. These meetings will be open to the public, but will be of particular interest to human resource managers, equal employment opportunity specialists, chief compliance officers, and other personnel who are directly involved with ensuring their company’s compliance with OFCCP’s requirements. Workers, jobseekers, community groups and anyone interested in the scope of OFCCP’s work are also encouraged to attend.
During these Town Hall Meetings, OFCCP will be looking to learn more about the experiences of federal contractors when implementing and managing their nondiscrimination and equal employment opportunity requirements. OFCCP is also interested in feedback on how it can improve its outreach to organizations.
