This is an update to yesterday’s blog posting regarding the pending release of OFCCP’s final rule covering Veterans.
In that posting, we provided a summary of the new requirements on contractors’ mandatory job posting obligations as outlined in an advance copy of OFCCP’s final rule. These requirements are particularly important now that posting with America’s Job Bank is no longer an option.
The final rule is published in today’s Federal Register. The regulation is effective September 7, 2007.
OFCCP has also posted extensive FAQs on their website that further clarify major provisions of the new rule.
