In February, OFCCP issued 1,000 CSAL letters for contractor establishments, with the expectation that scheduling letters would be mailed starting March 19, 2018. DCI has learned of some of those scheduling letters being received at contractor locations this week, mostly in OFCCP's Midwest region, but not all CSAL locations have received scheduling letters.
Since the scheduling letter does contain a response deadline, it is recommended that internal management is made aware of being a potential recipient of a scheduling letter and the importance of immediately forwarding the letter to the necessary stakeholders.
Corporate contacts are encouraged to reach out to their local offices to confirm if a scheduling letter has been received, but corporations may also confirm with OFCCP whether an establishment was mailed a CSAL or scheduling letter by e–mailing a written request on company letterhead to the Division of Program Operations at: OFCCP-DPO-Scheduling@dol.gov.
