The EEOC has announced that Tavern on the Green, a New York City restaurant, will pay $2.2 million to settle a harassment and retaliation lawsuit. EEOC’s lawsuit alleged the restaurant engaged in severe and pervasive sexual, racial, and national origin harassment of female, black, and Hispanic employees.
