EEOC's Pay Data Collection Reinstated: The Institute for Workplace Equality Seeks Feedback

The Institute for Workplace Equality is seeking feedback on the topic of EEOC's Pay Data Collection Reinstatement. See below for The Institute's official statement:

The Institute for Workplace Equality seeks your feedback on this important topic.

As most of you know, the federal district court for the District of Columbia reinstated the requirement that employers provide EEOC with hours worked and W-2 data for their employees under the EEOC’s pay data collection form known as Component 2, and also stated that its ruling was effective immediately.  See National Women’s Law Center v OMB, (D.D.C. March 4, 2019)

While we are awaiting clarification by EEOC to the decision reinstating Component 2, we would like to determine whether your organization could provide EEOC with hours worked and W-2 data for your employees by the current EEO-1 Report deadline of May 31, 2019.

Please respond at your earliest convenience. Survey will close Friday at 12pm Pacific.
