OFCCP Releases New Construction Contractors Technical Assistance Guide

Today, November 13, 2019, OFCCP announced the release of a new Technical Assistance Guide (TAG) for construction contractors.

Construction contractors will be able to use the new TAG as a self-assessment tool to review their current hiring practices. According to OFCCP, the new construction contractors TAG will include:

Overview of equal employment opportunity obligations for construction contractors
Steps for effectively implementing the Standard Federal EEO Construction Contract Specifications
What to expect when preparing for an OFCCP compliance evaluation
