Trust. Communication. Training. - OFCCP's New Action Plan

OFCCP recently released its action plan to address three common themes identified during multiple meetings with the contractor community: Trust, Communication, and Training. Committing to a focus on quality, consistency, and transparency OFCCP outlines the action steps it will take to build a more collaborative partnership with contractors. The three initiatives outlined in their “Town Hall Action Plan”, encompass contractors’ feedback, but are also address some GAO recommendations published in September 2016.

OFCCP’s Action Plan

1. Review and enhance contractor compliance assistance materials
2. Asses and improve the quality of contractor and compliance officer training and education
3. Increase transparency and communication with agency stakeholders
