The EEOC announced a lawsuit against Dillard Store Services, Inc., the nationwide chain of department stores, for discriminating against employees by requiring them to disclose personal and confidential medical information or face disciplinary action including termination (EEOC v. Dillard’s, Inc., et al, Case No. 08-CV-1780).
