The revision is scheduled for publication in the Federal Register on 12/9/11. At issue are regulations relating to affirmative action provisions, and specifies actions contractors and subcontractors must take with respect to qualified individuals with disabilities. The revision may be accessed at http://federalregister.gov/a/2011-31371. Also proposed are provisions to implement changes the OFCCP states are “necessitated by the passage of the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA).” Comments must be received on or before 60 days after publication. Comments must be identified by RIN number 1250-AA02 and may use any of the following methods:
