NEW EEOC COMMISSIONER SWORN IN

Constance S. Barker was sworn in on July 16, 2008 as a new EEOC Commissioner. Barker was nominated by President George W. Bush on March 31, 2008, and unanimously confirmed by the Senate on June 27 to serve the remainder of a five-year term expiring on July 1, 2011.
