On July 20, 2007, the Department of Labor’s Employment Standards Administration published a notice in the Federal Register soliciting comments on the proposed extension of OFCCP’s Complaint Form (CC-4). This form is used to file a complaint under all three laws enforced by OFCCP. The form is currently approved through January 31, 2008. Written comments must be submitted to the Department of Labor by September 18, 2007.
