The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for the “Requirement to Report Summary Data on Employee Compensation (Compensation Data Collection)” from OFCCP is now available (RIN: 1250-AA03). The Office of Management and Budget’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) completed its review of the proposed rule on August 5, 2014. You may remember that the Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) was published in August 2011, with comments submitted by October 2011.
The NPRM will be officially published in the Federal Register on August 8, 2014. There is a 90-day public comment period with comments due by November 6, 2014.
