WAL-MART TO PAY $250K TO SETTLE DISABILITY LAWSUIT

EEOC has announced that Wal-Mart will pay $250,000 to settle a disability lawsuit that alleged the company failed to accommodate and then fired a long-time pharmacy technician who suffered a disability resulting from a gunshot wound.
