The OFCCP has selected a new regional director for the Southeast Regional Office. Sam Maiden will be the new director of OFCCP’s Southeast Regional Office starting on December 14. Sam will lead a team of 108 staff working in the regional headquarters, four district offices and seven area offices, covering a turf that includes Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas.
The OFCCP will be sending Courtesy Scheduling Announcement Letters to HR directors (or designated points of contact) at 2,500 federal contractor establishments. Contractors may confirm whether one of their establishments was mailed a CSAL by faxing a written request on company letterhead to OFCCP’s Division of Program Operations at (202) 693-1305.
