As reported yesterday in various outlets, DCI Consulting has confirmed that the Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Jenny Yang is leaving the agency at the end of this week.

During a session at the ABA EEO Conference in Las Vegas, the Hon. Seema Nanda, Solicitor of Labor, confirmed that starting Monday April 3, 2023, Jenny Yang will work for President Biden as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Racial Justice and Equity.  This comes just three weeks after Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh left the Department of Labor. Michele Hodge, the current career Deputy Director, will serve as the Acting Director of OFCCP.

Nanda confirmed that OFCCP is still prioritizing building strong systemic cases and broadening their community outreach efforts.

DCI is following the leadership developments at OFCCP and will continue to update our clients as changes occur.
