The delay is attributed to the mandatory renewal of the EEO-1 Component 1 data collection by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).
2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection had been previously delayed and was set for mid-July 2023. EEOC has indicated that further updates will be posted to their website.
DCI will continue to monitor any changes and updates to the 2022 EEO-1 data collection.
