Additional DCI Teleconferences on Final OFCCP Compensation Guidance

As most of you are now aware, OFCCP released its long-awaited final interpretive standards for evaluating systemic compensation discrimination, along with voluntary guidelines for federal contractors to self-evaluate their compensation systems last Friday, June 16th. Today, the OFCCP released a brief fact sheet on the guidelines.

Additional DCI Teleconferences Scheduled
For those of you who were unable to attend the teleconference last Friday, DCI has scheduled two additional complimentary teleconferences for DCI clients and interested federal contractors to review the new guidance. The one hour teleconferences are scheduled for the following dates and times:

2:00pm EST Tuesday, June 20
2:00pm EST Wednesday, June 21

David Cohen, President of DCI Consulting, will share his assessment of the final guidance and voluntary self- evaluation guidelines and their potential implications for the contractor community.

Space is limited and registrations for the teleconference will be confirmed for eligible participants on a first-come basis. If you are interested in participating in this teleconference, please send an email to register@dciconsult.com. The call-in number and login information for the teleconference will be e-mailed to confirmed registrants prior to the teleconference.
