OFCCP's new recordkeeping requirements for "Internet Applicants" went into effect on February 6, 2006. To assist contractors in their compliance efforts, OFCCP stated that a contractor would not be cited for a "purely technical recordkeeping violation" during the 90-day period following February 6- as long as the organization is collecting and maintaining records according to the old requirements while working on updating its systems to comply with the new rule.
As the end of this "catch-up" period rapidly approaches, DCI continues to work closely with our clients to help make the conversion to new practices, procedures, and data management methods as smooth as possible.
