According to the proposed FY 2019 U.S. government budget, the proposed merger between OFCCP and EEOC is officially dead. The FY 2019 Budget proposes the following:
Improving organization efficiency and effectiveness by modernizing the agency’s operational model
Aligning staff workload with where financial contractors are located
Establishing Skilled Regional Centers
Focusing on the financial industry
