The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) released the Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letter (CSAL) for its scheduling of the FY2012 compliance evaluations. The letters were sent out on or about December 20, 2011. Historically, OFCCP would not send out a CSAL letter to those contractors’ who were scheduled for only one compliance evaluation. However, OFCCP has departed from that scheme and has now sent CSALs listing only one establishment. The CSAL listing is not inclusive of all types of compliance evaluations. Contractors can be scheduled for a compliance review for a Corporate Management Compliance Evaluation (CMCE), Functional Affirmative Action Plan (FAAP), complaints, and pre-award reviews.
