The Department of Labor’s Veterans’ Employment and Training Service proposed changes to the VETS-100 report were approved and will be published on the Federal Register on September 25th. This new rule will apply to VETS-100A (now VETS-4212) filed in 2015. The new rule changes the name of the report from VETS-100 to VETS-4212 and will no longer require contractors to report on protected veteran status by specific category. The new report will require that contractors report the number of protected veterans employed and hired in the aggregate. Stay tuned for more information.
