In yesterday’s client alert, we announced that OFCCP has released its CSAL online. However, an official with OFCCP has stated that the release of this list on its website was a “technical snafu” and was not intended to be released. The official stated that the agency has not made a decision in regard to the online posting of CSAL letters. Therefore, OFCCP will continue to send out CSAL letters via regular mail. Lastly, the official stated that if OFCCP makes a change in policy they will make an official announcement.
As of this morning the list is still posted on OFCCP website. Stay tuned for updates.
