Employers will have until March 31st to submit all data using the excel template, csv templates or by entering data manually. The templates to upload pay data can be found on their CA Pay Report website. For details on how to submit through the portal, DFEH has provided a user guide with detailed snapshots to walk employers through the process.
The Enforcement Deferral Request portal has also opened, allowing employers to receive a one-month submission deferral. Once submitted, the DFEH will review all requests, granting deferrals until April 30th. An employer must submit its request before March 31, 2021.
