California Employers Required to Report Pay Data

Included in the list of legislation signed yesterday by Governor Newsom of California was Senate Bill 973 requiring California employers with 100 or more employees to submit a pay data report annually beginning March 31, 2021. This is modeled after the Component 2 bill by EEOC.
