The OFCCP provides an advanced courtesy notification to those federal contractors and subcontractors that have an identified establishment(s) for a possible compliance evaluation. This advanced notice comes in the form of a courtesy letter, historically known as the corporate scheduling announcement letter (CSAL). DCI Consulting Group has heard from a reliable source that courtesy letters will be released as early as next week. Historically, this letter has been sent to the headquarter establishment listing the identified establishment(s), but recently courtesy letters have been sent directly to each identified establishment(s). Please make appropriate personnel aware that these letters may arrive soon and what to do with them upon arrival. More to come from DCI on this topic. Stay tuned.
