On August 15, 2019, the EEO-1 Component 2 NORC website was updated to add the batch upload function for 2017 and 2018 filings. Before filing, be sure to consult the upload file specifications available on the "More Info" page, as specifications were updated as recently as 8/7/2019. The file upload functionality is accessible after securely logging into the Component 2 EEO-1 Online Filing System via the "LOGIN to File" page.
