The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) data website now states that the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection is tentatively scheduled to open in April 2023.
This indicates a departure from the typical filing deadline of March 31st. Currently, the EEOC Message Center is still closed, as it has been since June. The Message Center will resume accepting messages prior to next year’s data collection starting in April.
Updates will be posted on the EEOC website. DCI will continue to monitor any further developments as they occur.
