Today, April 3rd, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission told a federal judge that employers must turn over their 2018 pay data by September 30th, 2019. The decision comes after Judge Tanya S. Chutkan of the U.S. District Court gave EEOC and OMB an April 3rd deadline to inform employers on whether they’ll turn over their employer pay data.
April 4th update: Another hearing has been set for next week where National Women's Law Center will have an opportunity to respond to EEOC's proposal. DCI will provide future updates.
DCI consultants will help their clients navigate this. We will also be hosting a complimentary webinar, more information to follow.
