Federal Judge Reinstates EEOC's Pay Data Collection

On March 4th, Judge Tanya S. Chutkan of the U.S. District Court ordered the EEOC's pay data collection back into effect during the case Nat'l Women's Law Center v. OMB. Most private employers with 100 or more employees will be required to submit workers' wages and hours including race, sex, and ethnicity to the EEOC.
