OFCCP Releases New Compensation Directive

Today, March 15, on Equal Pay Day 2022, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) released a new compensation directive.

This new directive is available in full on the Department of Labor website.  

The three key points of the directive include the following: 

  • How OFCCP will approach compensation in a desk audit 
  • The pay-related documentation OFCCP is looking for 
  • OFCCP’s authority to review privileged analyses
