Today, Friday, September 11th, the OFCCP released two new Corporate Scheduling Lists (CSAL), posted to the FOIA Library: https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ofccp/foia/library#Q1
There are 2,250 contractor establishments on the Supply & Service CSAL list and, as promised, it does include higher education contractors (21 universities). Also, noteworthy this list includes, for the first time, accommodation and promotion focused reviews, which was expected based on OFCCP communications during summer conferences and meetings. They have not released any specific landing pages or resources yet (like they did with Section 503 and VEVRAA), but you can be sure that there will be information and FAQ’s forthcoming!
Here is the breakdown:
- 500 Accommodation Focused Reviews
- 500 Promotion Focused Reviews
- 250 Section 503 Focused Reviews
- 67 CMCE Reviews
- 500 Compliance Checks
- 402 Establishment Reviews
- 31 FAAP Reviews
Additionally, a Construction Contractor list was posted, which includes 200 different establishments. All Construction reviews will be Compliance Checks.
