OFCCP Sends Reminder to Update Voluntary Self-ID of Disability Form

OFCCP has recently sent out a reminder to federal contractors and subcontractors to update the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form (CC-305) into their applicant and HR systems and processes by August 4, 2020.

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved use of a revised form earlier this year based on feedback from stakeholders. OFCCP has stated that the updated form is meant to increase the response rate of applicants and employees who voluntarily self-identify disability status.
